Welcome to the team! Kendra Cituk, a Registered Nurse has years of experience working directly with the elderly. She is passionate about ensuring those that are most vulnerable are taken care of and afforded the comforts of care in an environment they choose. Kendra started her career as a nurse aide in 1996, at the age of 17. She worked her way up through the nursing education system, obtaining her practical nurse license in 1999, her associate degree from Corning Community College, New York in 2009 and her bachelor’s degree in 2021 from Western Governors University, Utah. She is currently working towards completion of a master’s degree in nursing. Kendra holds a Certification in Case Management (CCM) by the Commission for Case Management and is currently an active member of Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA). She is experienced in Rehabilitation, Home Health Care Transition and Emergency Room Case Management. During her employment as a Home Health Care Transition Coordinator, she was recognized as being a top 10 employee nationally within her organization.
Kendra is the proud mother of five children. Her oldest daughter is the mother of Kendra’s two beautiful granddaughters.
